Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our team is committed to working in the interest of customer satisfaction and ensuring every product reaches the correct person at the earliest. We ensure to minimize any damage that could occur to your products when in transit. However, due to unwanted circumstances that may result in product damage, we always try to eliminate such instances and provide better service quality to our customers. Below listed is our Shipping and Delivery policy. Kindly read it before ordering any product from our site:

 

How do we process your delivery?

  • Once our system receives a new order, your products go through a strict quality check to ensure they are in perfect condition.

  • After the final quality check, they are packed securely and are handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Once we get the tracking no we forward it to you via email so that you can regularly track your package.

  • You will also get timely SMS updates about your package and also when they are out for delivery.

  • Our delivery partners then deliver the package to you at the earliest.

  • In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How the items are packaged?

We pack our items in corrugated boxes and Tamperproof poly bags. Each individual item is packed in bubble wrap and is then placed in the above-mentioned packaging material.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch all our orders in 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

However, if there is an ongoing Mega Sale during special occasions, dispatching orders may get delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

What is the range of locations to which OTUM ships its products?

OTUM ships PAN India.

Your order has been partly shipped. What does this mean?

No worries! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different items of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations.

Rest assured, you only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable on the first package you receive.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A flat rate INR 100 charge is applied to all orders below INR 1000, while there is free shipping for all orders above INR 1000.

Does OTUM ship outside India?

International shipping is not available at this moment.

Return & Cancellation Policy

OTUM believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a cancellation, return and refund policy. 

Our products are not eligible for returns. However, we will replace the products only if they are damaged or the wrong products you ordered.

To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Based on your ordering status we provide simple solutions below:

Order has not been shipped yet – If you have placed your order and want to cancel it before it is shipped, you can cancel it via our Contact Us page and fill in the form. Please mention the Cancellation/Modification heading under Type of Inquiry.

Cancellation of order after receiving – We only accept full returns if the products are in their original packing with unbroken seal or tags and are unused. We take strict actions in fraudulent activities like:

  • Returning the products with broken seals or tags,

  • Not in original packing or box,

  • Products are used for trial purposes

  • If the order comes with a free/promotional gift and returning the order without the free/promotional gift

  • Replacing our products with fake or other products that are not on our website

When we receive the returned goods we evaluate those goods with the above-mentioned criteria, when we are satisfied we will initiate your payment at the earliest.

In case of any fraudulent activities, we will not initiate the payment process.

For receiving the payment you must provide your bank account details when asked. We will process the payment in 3-4 business days and money should reflect in your account in 2-3 business days. We will share the mode of deposit with you for faster confirmation with your bank.

Received damaged products – We do regular quality checks while processing your order. However, while shipping your order might get damaged when in transit or mishandling by the delivery service. In such a case, please send us the picture of damaged items and the invoice copy. You can do so by filling out the contact form mentioned above. We will evaluate the matter and contact you via your email address and will guide you further instructions. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it.

Received Incorrect products –  While fulfilling your order we always ensure the right products reach the right person at the right place. In case, you received the wrong product which you ordered, kindly inform us by filling up the contact form mentioned above and sending us the pictures of the goods and the invoice. Wrong products will be picked up from you via our courier partners and the correct products will be shipped to you at the earliest.

Please note:  Products meant for replacement depend on the stock available. Products ordered during Mega sale/promotional events cannot be returned.

Please note: We offer Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Netbanking as a payment method.

This policy is meant for hassle-free return/exchange transactions.

We may change this policy or any shipping/COD charges anytime without any prior notice, so always read our policy before ordering our products.
